Yes. We ship from Tallinn to addresses across the European Union. Available services, delivery estimates and rates are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Yes. The whole site is served over HTTPS, and card payments are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Your card details are entered on their secure form and are never stored on our servers.

Free shipping is applied automatically to qualifying orders — the threshold and the countries it covers are shown in your basket and at checkout, calculated after any discounts.

Some oversized items carry a handling surcharge that free shipping doesn’t cover. Where that applies it is listed on the product page and again at checkout, before you pay.

A few products — beach umbrellas, beach chairs, loungers, poolside furniture, picnic baskets, cooler boxes and cabanas — are bulky enough that carriers charge us a surcharge to move them.

Where that applies, the surcharge is shown separately at checkout so you can see exactly what it is before you confirm the order.

We can’t change it once the order is placed. A signature on delivery is a security measure that protects both of us against parcels going missing.

You can. We don’t currently offer gift wrapping or gift notes, but you can enter a different delivery address at checkout and we won’t include a printed invoice in the parcel — your receipt goes to your email instead.

Please contact the retailer you bought it from. Your rights sit with the seller, so they’re the ones who can resolve it for you.

Only one discount code can be applied per order, and codes generally can’t be combined with items that are already reduced. If a code still won’t apply, let us know the code and your basket contents and we’ll check it.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can usually cancel it — contact us as soon as you can with your order number.

If it has already shipped, you can still return it under our returns policy, or exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

As an EU consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

On top of that we accept change-of-mind returns for 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost for change-of-mind returns, and we recommend a tracked service — we can’t refund a parcel that doesn’t reach us.

We don’t process exchanges directly. Return the item under our returns policy and place a new order for the one you want — that way you’re not waiting on the return to clear before the replacement ships.

EU law gives you a two-year guarantee of conformity on everything we sell. If an item is faulty, not as described, or fails earlier than it reasonably should, we’ll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Contact us with your order number and a photo or short video of the fault. We reply within one working day. Return postage for a faulty item is on us.

If you bought the item from another retailer, please deal with them directly.

Larger orders sometimes travel in more than one parcel, so the rest may still be in transit. If anything is still missing three working days after the first delivery, tell us what arrived and we’ll chase it.

Sizes are set by weight rather than age:

• Size 1–2 — 11–15 kg (32 × 32 × 8 cm)
• Size 2–3 — 15–18 kg (35 × 32 × 8 cm)
• Size 4–6 — 18–33 kg (38 × 32 × 8 cm)

If your child is between sizes, go by weight first.

No. Our swim vests are buoyancy aids for swimming lessons and supervised water play. They are not certified life jackets or personal flotation devices, and they are not a substitute for supervision.

Constant, close adult supervision is required whenever a child is in or near water.

Standard 35 mm colour film. Kodak Portra 400 gives the nicest results in bright water; any 35 mm colour film from a photography retailer will work.

Yes — they’re built for water but work just as well out of it.

Yes. Load a fresh roll of film and they’re ready to go again.
